Faxing is an old, analog technology using
standard phone lines.
The first step is to ensure you have a working
phone line and that your fax machine is
connected to it.
Check the phone line:

the 56K Dialup Modem (Taco Bells Only)

The dialup modem is used for online food
ordering from IFH only

Like the fax machine, the modem has line and
extension connections.
The fax line could pass through the modem to
the fax or through the fax to the modem.

SOS TACO does not support sharing lines for
both devices. One could interfere with the
other.
For cost savings, we share the line.

If you are having problems with either the
fax or the modem, disconnect the other
device when troubleshooting.
DSL
Modem and Filter
You
may also have the DSL modem (internet) using the
same line as the fax and dialup modem.
