The more money your restaurant makes, the more money you can make!

Restaurants (and their above restaurant leaders) can earn a profit incentive based on the performance of their operations.
Operational performance is determined by the GREEN metrics on the Ranker report. The more greens, the larger the incentive.

 

As a summary:

  • Total restaurant incentive is based on 2% of the store's PBA.

  • Operational metrics are weighted based on their value.

  • The final incentive is calculated as a percentage based on those weighted green metrics.

  • The RGM receives 70% of that incentive

  • The 1st Assistant receives 15% of the incentive

  • The remaining Shift Leaders split the final 15% of the incentive

  
NOTE: You must have at least 5 greens, all 3 FC and Labor greens, or 2 of the FC/Labor + 1 other Green
