Micros uses
a receipt printer to send orders to the
kitchen.
There
are 3 printers in Judges. (Back line,
middle line, and prep/expedite)
Connections

Power - DIN to external
power supply; standard thick 3-prong
to outlet

Network - RJ-45 connections, but not
an Ethernet network. Back line is
connected to a register, and middle
line is connected to a different
register. (One is at the bar exit
and the other is the greeter
location.)
Expediter is connected to middle
line.
NOTE:
Each printer is set with a unique ID via
the dip switches near the power/network
connections.
DO NOT connect the printer to the
Ethernet network as it may damage the
connection port. |
